Case Manager - Adoption

Case Manager - Adoption

Annual Salary: $43,500 - $48,500

Are you a skilled Case Manager with adoption experience? If so, we want you to be our next Wendy’s Wonderful Kids (WWK) Adoption Recruiter.

This position:

  • Recruits adoptive families using the evidence-based, child-focused recruitment model developed by The Dave Thomas Foundation for Adoption. Training provided!

  • Builds rapport and establishes relationship with each adoptable youth to create a child focused family recruitment plan.

  • Cultivates relationships with Indiana Department of Child Services Family Case Managers assigned to the youth; family members and supportive connections of the youth; and others with knowledge of the youth to locate permanency resources.

Position Requirements:

  • A Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited four-year college. If Bachelor’s Degree is in social work, applicant must have LBSW or be license eligible.

  • Reliable internet service to work remotely.

  • Must reside in the state of Indiana

  • This position requires regular travel within the state of Indiana

  • A DCS Reference check will be completed prior to offer to ensure Magick Access

Preferred:

  • Experience in the foster care and adoption field.
