Are you a skilled Case Manager who enjoys working with families? If so, we want you to join the Villages of Indiana as our Case Manager for Family Preservation.
As a Case Manager you will:
Provide home based services to families involved in the child welfare system
Conduct frequent home visits that will include needs and safety assessments of the parents and children in the home
Coordinate community resources for the family
Develop rapport and use a strengths-based approach with the families and children
Position Requirements:
A Bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology, social work, or directly related human service field is required
If degree is BSW, then licensure (LBSW) is required
Knowledge of community resource
