Sr. Director of Analytics and Quality Assurance
Salary: $70,000 - $91,000
The Sr. Director of Analytics and Quality Assurance will supervise and facilitate the work of the Quality Assurance Department, provide leadership and support to identify and prioritize needs, problem solve, develop goals and timelines, plan and implement projects, and evaluate successful achievement of goals. This position will support the agency’s mission, vision, goals, and objectives.
Candidates must reside within the state of Indiana.
The Sr. Director of Analytics and Quality Assurance will:
Supervise and develop the Quality Assurance department
Design and maintain systems to track program and organizational outcomes
Oversee the collection and entry of data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and confidentiality
Compile data and produce regular reports that summarize program achievements, identify trends, and highlight areas for improvement as well as communicate findings to leadership, staff, and external stakeholders
Perform quality assurance audits and facilitate peer record reviews to verify that services are delivered effectively, and that data is collected and reported accurately
Assist in preparation for audits conducted by the state and accrediting bodies
Utilize database and statistical tools such as SQL, SPSS, SAS, and or other database/statistical software and informational retrieval methods to create and develop reports
Some travel to statewide offices is required
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, or a related field OR Master’s in Social Work (If degree is in Master’s of Social Work, MSW Licensure is required)
5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Quality Assurance, or related field
A combination of education and experience may be considered
3 Years of supervisory experience
Preferred Education and Experience:
Master’s degree
Doctor of Social Work
Previous experience in foster care, social services, behavioral health, or clinical setting
