Clinical Director - Floater

Annual Salary: $65,000-$75,000

The Clinical Director is an expert in clinical services within social services. This position will act in a supervisory role when assisting regions with providing clinical supervision and providing coverage and support for regions across the state of Indiana. They will also provide clinical oversight and consultation to regions by reviewing documentation, developing safety plans, and giving clinical insight for cases as well as supporting new developing programs. This position requires regular travel throughout the state of Indiana and the ability to be face to face with staff across the state of Indiana.

The Clinical Director will provide client-centered, culturally competent, and effective services by:

  • Monitoring therapeutic progress and directing the development and implementation of clinical treatment plans
  • Providing both individual and group clinical supervision to case managers and therapists
  • Ensuring services are delivered in compliance with service, agency, licensing, and accreditation standards, and documentation requirements
  • Directing crisis intervention strategies and monitoring risk including on call crises
  • Providing direct therapy to clients as needed

This position requires:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice, Master’s Degree in clinical or counseling psychology, or Master’s Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
  • Minimum of two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting and training and experience in child, adult, and family therapy or counseling
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board
