Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care
Salary: $43,500 - $48,500
The Case Manager – Intensive Foster Care will:
Handle intake and implement needed assessments to develop the Treatment Plan and the Family Support Plan
Work closely with all team members to coordinate what services are needed.
Be the main contact with the DCS FCM and attend CFTM meetings as needed.
Work closely with the foster parents to provide support, coordinate trainings and support groups, assist with finding respite and extra-curricular activities for the children, assist with behavior management, and provide skill building assistance for the foster parents and children
Position Requirements:
Bachelor’s from an accredited four-year college.
If BSW, then LBSW is needed.
Preferred Experience
Five (5) years of supervised, paid casework experience. Two (2) years of which should have been in an approved child placing agency.
One (1) year of graduate training in a recognized school of social work, including supervised case work in the field, may be substituted for the required five (5) years of supervised, paid case work experience Case work and LCPA experience.
