Family Community Specialist Level II
Salary: $37,000 - $42,000
The Family Community Specialist Level II will:
Provide supportive services to children and families including education, child development, homemaking, and child and family well-being
Work with hard to reach or resistant individuals and families
Develop a working knowledge of services available within each community for the child and family.
Complete reports and documentation timely and according to organizational and contract standards
Guage levels of academic needs and develop individualized plans for each child to reach academic standards
Utilize and grow knowledge of school and community academic resources to help children reach academic standards
Position Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent
4 years full time employment experience providing direct service to children and families. Experience must include service to families that need assistance in the protection and care of their children
