Senior Regional Director
Salary: $86,500 - $108,500
The Senior Regional Director provides the primary organizational, programmatic, operational, and managerial leadership in the geographic areas of responsibility. As the leader of the Regional Leadership Team, the Senior Regional Director will:
- Identify high risk situations before they occur a relay this to others within the organization
- Ensure all necessary documentation is in compliance with service standards and agency practices
- Develop the annual regional budget and set financial targets
- Oversee and uphold regional and Villages policies, procedures, processes, and protocols
- Direct and manage regional staff including interviewing, assessing, and selecting the right applicant for the position, assigning tasks, annually evaluating work performance, and conducting terminations
- Assist in supporting and coaching team members through risk management and liability concerns.
Regular Travel is Required
Position Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
- Licensure or ability to be licensed as a LSW, LCSW, LMFTA, LMFT, LMHCA, or LMHC
- Five years relevant experience in child and adolescent or family services
- Five years of supervisory experience in a social services or child welfare setting
- Knowledge of clinical services, administration, and leadership
