What You'll Do

  • Provide clinical supervision and consultation to staff.
  • Monitor client progress and oversee treatment planning.
  • Ensure services meet agency, licensing, and accreditation standards.
  • Train and onboard new team members.

Position Requirements:

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work with an emphasis on Clinical Practice or Master’s in clinical or counseling psychology or Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy or other related degree
  • Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) through the Indiana Behavioral Health and Human Services Licensing Board is required
  • Two years previous experience in either a clinical or child welfare setting
  • Two years of supervisory experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

  • Trauma informed care training
